  1. Purchase the following books: Musician’s Way by Klickstein, Stage Presence from Head to Toe by Hagberg, Playing with Ease by Leisner. Read these books, always review everything, and take notes.

  2. Purchase Koi Naturals Full Spectrum Botanical Balm, The Musicians Glove, Magnetic Bracelet that helps with Blood Flow

  3. Stop practicing 8-16 hour days, limit your practicing to 1-2 or 30min practice sessions minimum

  4. Schedule an appointment with a Personal Doctor and get X-Rays and ask how to get your hands insured

  5. Schedule an appointment for Acupuncture, purchase a capsule bottle of Turmeric at your local Pharmacy, ask to purchase Acupuncture’s professional balm

  6. Change your Attitude, give yourself time, Ignore your negative thoughts, and never give up

  7. Repeat Steps 1-7, do NOT move on to step 8 unless you thoroughly went through steps 1-7 for at least 2 years Max
